Dear Parents,

We hope you are doing well. We are looking forward to seeing all of our Panthers return on Tuesday, March 24.

Beginning on Tuesday, March 24, we will be adjusting the process for “Walker” pick-up in the Atascocita Pines/Pine Cup and WLH/Pine Cup areas. This change will apply specifically to our Kindergarten and 1st grade students who are not walking with an older sibling in grades 3–5.

To ensure a smooth and safe dismissal, please read the letter for your child’s dismissal procedures at the link provided.    WestLakeHouston     PINE CUP

Additionally, we have a couple of weeks before our 3rd–5th grade students begin taking the STAAR assessments. We will be sending out additional information next week for these assessments.

PFE Volunteer Opportunities

Watch D.O.G.S., (Dads of Great Students) are fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other father-figures who volunteer for at least one day each year at our school. During the day, Watch DOGS may read and work on flash cards with students, play at recess, eat lunch with students, watch the school entrances and hallways, assist with traffic flow and any other assigned activities. If you are interested in being part of Watch DOGS, make sure you fill out a Volunteer Application.
