Dear Pine Forest Elementary Families,

As we prepare for another exciting school year, we want to celebrate the many ways our students continue to learn, grow, and shine both inside and outside the classroom.

For our students who will be attending Creekwood Middle School next year, summer reading information is now available. Please see summer reading information HERE. We encourage all students to continue reading throughout the summer to strengthen their skills and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Be sure to also check out the Summer Activities section of our newsletter for fun ideas and opportunities to keep students engaged, active, and learning all summer long.

We are also incredibly proud of our talented Pine Forest Elementary artists who participated in the Humble ISD Fine Arts Festival. Their creativity, dedication, and hard work were beautifully showcased, and they represented our campus with excellence. PFE artists HERE

As we close out another wonderful school year, we would like to send a huge thank you to our PTO and all of our volunteers. Your support has been instrumental in making this another successful year at PFE. Our teachers, staff, and students are deeply grateful for the countless ways you have supported our school community throughout the year.

We hope all of our students have an incredible summer filled with love, laughter, relaxation, and maybe even a little adventure thrown in along the way! We will continue to stay connected and will send out a couple of newsletters during the summer with important beginning-of-the-year information and updates.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support. Together, we are creating a strong learning community where every child can thrive.

With appreciation,

Wendy Anaya

PFE Volunteer Opportunities

watch dogs

Watch D.O.G.S., (Dads of Great Students) are fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other father-figures who volunteer for at least one day each year at our school. During the day, Watch DOGS may read and work on flash cards with students, play at recess, eat lunch with students, watch the school entrances and hallways, assist with traffic flow and any other assigned activities. If you are interested in being part of Watch DOGS, make sure you fill out a Volunteer Application.

Interested in being a WATCH DOG DAD but couldn't make the meeting? Check out the slide presentation here! PRESENTATION If you would like to join the program complete your background check HERE if you have done this step no need to repeat. Then sign up HERE
