HEALTHY HABITS FOR WARMER WEATHER

  • As the weather warms up and students become more active, it’s a great time to refresh healthy hygiene habits! Staying clean helps keep our bodies healthy, prevents odors, and boosts confidence at school.
    • Bathing: Encourage children to bathe or shower daily, especially after playing outside or sports, to wash away sweat and germs.
    • Clean Clothes: Wearing fresh clothes each day helps everyone feel comfortable and ready to learn.
    • Deodorant: As students grow, using deodorant can help manage body odor—this may be especially helpful for older elementary students.
    • Daily Care: Brushing teeth twice a day, washing hands often, and keeping hair and nails clean are all important parts of taking care of our bodies.
  • With just a few simple habits, students can stay fresh, confident, and ready to shine all day long!
