Home Access Center (HAC) will have scheduled maintenance beginning 5 p.m. Tuesday, February 10 through 5 p.m. Wednesday, February 11. During this window, HAC will be unavailable.

Love where you work! The Humble ISD Human Resources department invites you to an Auxiliary Employee Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, at Autumn Ridge Middle School, 15337 Woodland Hills Dr. in Humble. Pre-registration is not required. Hiring for a variety of positions, including roles in Child Nutrition, Custodial, Maintenance, and Transportation.

Parents who would like their child to attend an Humble ISD school that is different from where the child is zoned to attend, based upon their home address, must obtain an Approved Student Transfer. The application period for requesting student transfers for the 2026-2027 school year is Friday, January 9, through Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Please visit the Student Transfers website for more information. Applications are processed in the order they are received.

Humble ISD invites community members to review and provide feedback on instructional materials under consideration for adoption as part of the IMRA Cycle 2025 review for full-subject Tier I resources. The materials being considered include: (A) Secondary Mathematics = Grades 6-8, Algebra I, Algebra II, Algebraic Reasoning, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus, (B) Elementary English/Spanish Language Arts and Reading (Grades K-5) and (C) a new Secondary Social Studies course “African American Studies,” and (D) new Secondary CTE courses “Principles of Transportation” and “Practicum in Human Services - Community Health Worker.” Once adopted, these materials will be implemented in classrooms for the 2026–2027 school year.

The public is encouraged to review the materials and share feedback during the public showcases at two district locations.

All feedback gathered during the showcase will be reviewed by the district's Instructional Materials Advisory Committee prior to final recommendations being presented to the Board of Trustees. Your feedback is essential to ensuring our instructional materials support student success and reflect the district’s commitment to high-quality education. Humble ISD is hosting opportunities to take the Texas Success Initiative Assessment 2.0 (TSIA2) at different campuses across the district at no charge.

These opportunities are being offered as a convenience to families of students who will be taking college-level classes now or in the future. Each testing site has a limited number of spots.

High School: The next available testing date is Saturday, March 7, at Humble and Kingwood high schools. Limited spots available. Register for the high school 3/7/26 TSIA2

The Humble ISD Golf Tournament is Monday, February 16, at Kingwood Country Club, 1700 Lake Kingwood Trail. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. Shotgun start at 11 a.m.

This annual event supports the golf programs at Atascocita, Kingwood, Kingwood Park and Summer Creek High Schools.

Humble ISD Health Services invites you to a Stop the Bleed Training from 5:30 p.m.- 6 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17, at the Instructional Support Center, 4810 Magnolia Cove Drive in Kingwood. The Kingwood High School Fillies invite students in 4th grade through high school to a Dance Team Tryout Prep Classes & Intensive, with Tryout Prep Classes running February 17 - April 1, an Intensive on March 7, and a CDT & LDT specific tryout prep class on March 10.

Humble ISD Counseling & Behavioral Services presents the Humble ISD Mental Health & Wellness Fair from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, at the Humble Civic Center, 8233 Will Clayton Parkway.

The Mental Health & Wellness Fair is a free event organized to help raise awareness, and allow an opportunity to meet and greet with local mental health and wellness providers to learn about available resources in the community! Guests can also participate in interactive wellness activities for a chance to win exciting door prizes, explore wellness vendors, enjoy live music, take part in a mental health scavenger hunt, and purchase treats from local food trucks.

Join us for Story Time with AAC on Saturday, February 28, at Kingwood Branch Library, 4400 Bens View Lane. The Elementary session, ages 3 years to 5th grade, will be 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. and the Secondary session, Grade 6 to 22 years, will be 2 - 3 p.m. Registration is required and space is limited.

Humble ISD's Assistive Technology Department has partnered with the Kingwood Branch Library to provide parent training for individuals who use AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) methods. Join us for BridgeFest 2026 on Saturday, March 28, at the Lake Houston Family YMCA in Kingwood! This race is designed for all ages, and is a great way to support the community. By participating as an Humble ISD runner, you’re not only contributing to local programs but also benefiting your school! The top three schools with the highest percentage of registered 5K runners will each receive a $500 donation from the YMCA to support their PE department.

The event will feature a chip-timed 5K run/walk, a chip-timed 1-mile kids and adaptive-friendly pre-race, and a fun family festival. Registration is $45 per person for the for the 5K run/walk and $30 for the 1-mile through February 22. Parking and shuttle buses will be available at Creekwood Middle School. Note: Only those who register online will count toward the school challenge because the number of participants will be tracked by online registration.

Humble High School celebrates a century of Black History Month through music. The community is invited to a celebration of the 100th year anniversary of Black History Month from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, at Humble High School.

This free event includes music, fun and food. No registration is required. Attendees should enter through the main entrance, as festivities will take place in both the Performing Arts Center and the commons area.

The IMPACT Grant provides valuable funding designed to support innovative teaching programs that enhance student success and yield measurable impact. Each eligible applicant may receive up to $1,000 in grant funding from the Junior League of The Woodlands. This grant empowers educators who think outside the box to create a meaningful and lasting impact! Applications can be submitted by February 27, 2026.

Are you planning on trying out for a cheer program this year? Kingwood Park Varsity Cheer and Coach Brittni Sharp are hosting a Cheer Tryout Prep Clinic from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, February 27, at Kingwood Park High School.

Come learn all the tips, tricks, and skills to prepare for your upcoming high school & middle school cheer tryouts!  

Humble ISD requires students enrolled in athletics, cheer, drill team, or high school band (Not PE or Middle School Band) during the 2026-2027 school year to have a physical dated February 1, 2026, or later. This year Memorial Hermann and Humble ISD will provide two dates for students to receive physicals: February 28 and April 25.

Although the preference is for the schools listed below to receive their physical on the assigned date, students may attend either date. If transportation to the high schools is needed, please contact your student's coach.
