BBE Greenbelt and Gazebo Park Permission Form

We are very fortunate to live in a community that offers surrounding greenbelts and parks. Over the course of the school year our classes may take nature walks on the greenbelt or travel across the street to the Bear Branch Gazebo and Park as a special recess or picnic.   In order for your child to participate, please complete the permission form for the 2025-2026 School Year,

Please click on the link to pay your child's Activity Fee for the year. The $25 fee helps to cover the cost of our two parties, field trips, and consumables needed throughout the year.

Beginning September 3, you are more than welcome to have lunch on campus with your Bear.  

 All visitors must check-in to the front office upon arrival, have your driver’s license scanned, and wear your Visitor’s Badge while on campus. Lunch visitors will be directed to sit at the designated visitor table with their student. 

This is a special time for you and your student. Other students will not be permitted to join you for lunch. We kindly ask that you limit your visit to once a week as this time is an important opportunity for students to build relationships and social skills with their peers.

Eating outside utilizing the picnic tables is an option every day. Simply check your child out of school and back in on these days. Birthday treats are absolutely welcome. We just ask that you arrange that with your child's teacher due to potential allergies.

Not all heroes wear capes… some teach, guide, inspire, and care for our children every single day. Let’s help fuel their superpowers by stocking up the Teachers’ Lounge with snacks and goodies they’ll love!

How you can help:

• Drop off snack donations in the front office donation box

• Shop directly from our Amazon Wishlist and have items delivered to school 

• Send monetary donations via Venmo to support the cause

Together, we can keep our teachers and staff energized, appreciated, and ready to save the day!
